In the course of a strategic strengthening of the global sales activities of the HerkulesGroup, we have restructured the areas of responsibility and duties as follows:

• Dr. Thorsten Mehlhorn, President and CSO, is managing the group-wide sales activities regarding customer relations
• Mr. Lars Peter Billig, member of the Executive Board, is coordinating the internal sales activities group-wide
